  • Hardware products (computers, servers, networking equipment, peripherals)
  • Software products and digital licenses (physical or downloadable media)
  • ICT service components requiring physical delivery
  • Subscription-based services including cloud hardware kits

3. Shipping Methods

Cyberhaven Technologies uses reliable courier and freight partners to ensure timely delivery. Shipping options include:

  • Standard Courier – typical delivery 3–7 business days within Tasmania, 5–10 days interstate
  • Express Courier – 1–3 business days within Tasmania, 2–5 days interstate
  • Freight / Logistics Service – for large or bulk hardware deliveries

All shipping methods are trackable, and tracking details will be provided via email upon dispatch.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment.
  • Custom-built or special-order items may require 5–14 business days depending on supplier availability.
  • Software licenses or digital products are usually delivered instantly or within 24 hours via email.

Processing time may vary during peak periods or due to supplier lead times.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, delivery location, and chosen shipping method.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotional periods.
  • Shipping charges are payable at checkout unless otherwise specified.
  • Cyberhaven Technologies reserves the right to adjust shipping rates based on courier fees, fuel surcharges, or government-imposed charges.

6. Packaging & Handling

  • All products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Hardware products include protective packaging, anti-static covers, and shock-absorbent materials.
  • Fragile items may incur additional handling charges.
  • Customers should inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt and report any visible damage.

7. Delivery & Risk

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address.
  • Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address; Cyberhaven Technologies is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
  • If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, the courier may leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, Cyberhaven Technologies primarily ships within Australia.
  • International shipments may be arranged upon request and are subject to additional shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and regulations.
  • Customers are responsible for customs clearance and import compliance.

9. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Supplier stock shortages or backorders
  • Courier delays, adverse weather, or natural disasters
  • Public holidays or peak shopping periods
  • Incorrect address or inaccessible delivery locations

Cyberhaven Technologies will communicate any significant delays promptly and provide updated delivery estimates.


10. Returns & Damaged Goods During Shipping

  • Customers must inspect shipments immediately.
  • Any damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims for damaged goods during shipping are processed with the courier and/or manufacturer.
  • Cyberhaven Technologies will assist in replacement, repair, or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.

11. Lost or Undelivered Items

  • Lost shipments will be investigated promptly with the courier.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and shipping information.
  • Cyberhaven Technologies may replace lost items or issue refunds after courier confirmation.

12. Shipping Insurance

  • High-value items may include shipping insurance for added protection.
  • Insurance covers loss or damage during transit and must be requested at checkout or prior to dispatch.
